DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 business days following receipt of your payment.

Australia, UK, USA

We provide free delivery to anywhere in Australia, UK and USA.  Once your order has left our warehouse it takes approximately 1-5 business days for delivery.

Alternatively choose Express Post at checkout for AU$7.95. This will provide 1-2 business day delivery within the Express Post Delivery Network and fastest possible delivery to other areas.

Please note Express Post orders must be received by 1pm (AEST) for same day dispatch.  Express Post not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Rest of the World

We deliver anywhere else in the world for AU$8.95.  This is for 1-2 Breastbands. Orders of 3-4 Breastbands will cost AU$15 for worldwide delivery.  Want more then please email us for a postage quote

Postage time will vary but please allow 10+ business days for Worldwide delivery.

Please note; to keep your postage costs down orders over 2 Breastbands may arrive in two different packages.

PINKCLOVER does not dispatch on weekends or public holidays applicable to Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

PINKCLOVER is not responsible for the actual time it takes to deliver your item or for any loss of parcels in the post. 

From time to time some international orders may get detained by local customs agents.  PINKCLOVER cannot be held responsible for any import fees or duties that may be applicable in your country.

RETURNS

We hope you love your PINKCLOVER Breastband. However if for any reason you are not happy with the product, don’t stress we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

Please email us at support@pinkcloveractive.com stating your name, order number and the reason for the return.  We will then provide you with a return address and authorisation code.

Your Breastband must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, unwashed and unworn.  All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (excluding any postage costs).

(please note if you are outside of Australia your bank may charge/deduct an international currency fee and the exchange rate may differ at the time of refund).

WHAT IF MY BREASTBAND IS FAULTY?

PINKCLOVER takes extreme care in ensuring our Breastbands are of the highest quality.  However if you receive a faulty Breastband please email us at support@pinkcloveractive.com. To speed up the process please include your order number and a photo showing the fault.
